You can force a database synchronization with the Refresh Now button. The folders Recordings and Uploads in the Assets folder will be scanned for changed or missing items and added to the database. This feature can be used if you manually add assets to the store by manually placing them in the recordings of uploads folder of migrate content from one to another server.

This process is disk intensive and may take many hours with a large collection.
